This is a vintage bentwood (mage-wappa) item from Akita, a wedding gift from my mother. It has never been used and has been stored in its box, so it is in beautiful condition without any scratches or stains. To the untrained eye, there is no sign of aging, and I find it beautiful. It's a mage-wappa from Omagari, and I believe it's from Odate Kogei, but I don't have any documentation, so I can't say for sure, and I apologize for that. It has legs and is lacquered red on the inside. Although unused, it has been stored at home for a long time, so I have selected "Like New." The outer diameter is about 16cm (the inner diameter is just over 14cm). - Type: Bentwood confectionery container - Box: Yes (the box shows its age) - Interior color: Red lacquer I don't think I will use it in the future, so I would like to offer it to anyone who would like to use it.
