Nakiri knife, blade length approximately 16.2cm, 161g. The spine is about 1.9mm thick near the top of the heel. It's a ZWILLING J.A. HENCKELS model called "Lost Fry." The Lost Fry is not made in Germany, but in the Seki factory, so it's considered a domestic product. It's a double-edged stainless steel knife, and I personally think the material is slightly harder than the German-made ones. It has seen little use, and both the blade and handle are clean. The blade width is also almost fully intact. It seems like it will last for quite a while. I sharpened it thoroughly, put an edge on it, and polished it.
