This is a Victor S-VHS video deck. I haven't used it in a long time, but I tested the recording/playback functions for this listing. The picture quality isn't great, likely due to the degradation of the tapes, but I think it's reasonable. There is no instruction manual, and I have only confirmed basic recording/playback, fast forward/rewind functions. There is no remote control or instruction manual; everything included is shown in the photos. Please understand the above before purchasing.
