See photos. It looks like it could be peeled off, but it's also sticky, so I'll leave it as is. If you're concerned, please try peeling it off yourself. It wasn't done intentionally, but due to the noticeable stains, I've priced it lower. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
