A charger is included, although it's not the original. A TYPE-C adapter is also included. I mainly used this. A case used for storage is also included as a bonus. The specs are i5 1.6GHz and 4GB of memory. I didn't have any particular problems playing YouTube or doing light browsing. I'm concerned about the battery condition, but I played a YouTube medley on battery power for 3 hours and it went down to 50%. I hope this is helpful.
