The size is 26.0. I usually wear 26.5, so this size is just right for me. When I used them, I felt that my stride length increased by about half a shoe length compared to Takumi 8. The propulsion force is stronger than Takumi 8. It's truly the Takumi for cadence and the Pro 3 for shoe assistance. The way to use them is to flex the shoes as much as possible. Then, you'll be propelled forward automatically, and you'll feel that wearing old-style thin-soled shoes is ridiculous.
