I used it for about 2 years, and the battery's charging capacity is displayed as over 80% on the phone's confirmation screen. I used a smartphone case, so there are no noticeable scratches. As for the glass surface on the front of the phone, I forgot the material, but I had a professional apply a scratch-resistant material all the way to the curved edges. There is a slight chip next to the eject hole of the card tray in photo 8 (circled in yellow). The back of the phone also has no scratches or chips that catch your finger, but there is some clouding and small, faint scratches on the white mirror-finish paint.
