I bought this at a vintage clothing store in Kyoto about two years ago for around 40,000 yen. I'm 172cm tall, and the coat reaches about my knees. The long-sleeved vest inside is removable, and it's perfect to take off and wear as a light jacket on chilly days. Also, the pockets have a unique design: only the vest side has holes, allowing you to reach directly into the pockets of the inner layer. The coat itself has proper pockets.
