While still attached, turn the clothing inside out and apply pressure from the back of the clothing for about 10 seconds. Once completely cooled, slowly peel off the sheet. If the pattern still sticks to the sheet when peeling, put the sheet back on and iron it again for about 10 seconds, then peel it off again.
