This is a set of three ponchos purchased at Kamogawa Sea World. They were worn once to watch the killer whale show, then rinsed with water and dried in the shade. The hem and hood can be tightened. Retail price: 400 yen. If you're watching the killer whale show, it's recommended to wear these as you'll get soaked up to about the 7th row.
