Recommended for those considering using it for practice. ● Violin Body Although it's been around 30 years, there are minor scratches, hairline scratches, dents, and dirt from use. Overall, it's a beautiful violin. The surface has been cleaned, giving it a shine. ● Body Maintenance: Sound post adjustment, bridge adjustment, surface cleaning, gloss restoration, new adjuster-integrated tailpiece installed, and other general adjustments have been performed. ● Bow: Standard SUZUKI-stamped bow. Cleaning and rehairing with Mongolian horsehair. Winding and leather wrapping replaced. (Unused after rehairing. Please apply rosin before use.) ● Case: Triangular hard case. It's a typical used case with some wrinkles, dirt, stains, and fraying, and the condition is generally typical for its age. (One shoulder strap. Key missing) ■ No. 220 is a discontinued model and was the most produced violin for beginners at the time. The strings are still usable, Thomastik Alpha-Yue (E-string unknown) installed. Please replace them if you prefer. A new adjuster-integrated tailpiece is installed. It's a safe and easy-to-handle beginner-grade violin in the 200 series.
