I purchased this new and used it until recently. There are some scratches and minor imperfections, but no noticeable damage like from dropping it. The reeling is normally smooth, but this is subjective, so please refrain from purchasing if you are overly sensitive. There is no box. Please note that the spool is C2000S. Thank you.
