This is a Fuji Sugata han-joba (half-riding pants). It's an old tag, now discontinued. The condition is good, but there's a bit of pine resin on it, which should come off with alcohol or similar. I've taken good care of it, so it hasn't been worn much and there's no fabric wear. However, it's still a used item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about its condition.
