I found this while cleaning. I bought it at the Iran Pavilion at Expo 2005 Aichi, Japan. (Not the Osaka-Kansai Expo) It looks like a sheet of stamps, but there's no price written on it, so I think it's a commemorative stamp. For some reason, two corners are cut off, but I don't know why.
