Handmade cotton-padded Hanten (Japanese winter coat). Decades ago, my mother had someone make this for her, but it was never worn and remained in a Japanese chest of drawers. I just realized the lining was this cute... Wrinkles are visible on the surface. There are no ties in the front. For some reason, the lower part of the sleeves (under the armpits) is open. See photo 10. There is a camphor smell, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to it (it has gradually faded). I would be happy if someone would wear it. Thank you very much.
