I wore this for one season in the winter mountains. I personally think the condition is quite good. It's made of a fabric similar to Gore-Tex. There's no hydrolysis of the lining. The pants are not included. I've uploaded about 10 close-up photos, so please check them carefully and purchase only if you are satisfied.
