Used a few times in the bathroom and once briefly outdoors. All parts are included. I was using it recently, so there are no leaks and it's still in good working order and can still be played with ^ ^ Everything has been washed with water. There are some minor scratches and signs of use, but no noticeable major damage. The box has some scratches. When shipping, I will disassemble it, protect it from water damage, wrap it in bubble wrap, and ship it.
