This was purchased locally by a family member a long time ago while they were traveling the world. It has a Dutch or Swiss feel to it, and it's cute, so I hope someone petite will find it useful. As a guide, I think it would fit someone around 22-23cm. Although it's unused, I've included images of it worn over tights for reference. I have other items for sale as well.
