This is a US military issue PCU level 7 type 2 monster parka. It's lightweight and warm, and you can layer a lot underneath. It's labeled as a size L, but it's quite oversized. It's also easy to care for, as you can wash it at home. I bought it in the US 7 years ago. I've only worn it a few times each season, so it's not showing much wear. I won't be lowering the price, as I'll keep it myself if it doesn't sell at this price.
