This is a medal called a "4-Way Cross." Multiple religious motifs, such as Jesus Christ, the Virgin Mary, Saint Benedict, Saint Therese, and Archangel Michael, are contained on a single cross. Image 3 shows what appears to be text and a hallmark? There is an engraving. I think it might be STERLING, but I'm not sure. It is thin and light. The mark below may be a "hallmark (engraving)" unique to the manufacturer or workshop, but please consider it primarily for its design.
