This is a women's wristwatch from 4℃ (Yondoshi). With many diamonds around the dial, it can be used for both formal and casual occasions. Unlike inexpensive watches, the diamonds will not fall off. I purchased it a few years ago at a department store for around 40,000 yen. It has been used with care and is in beautiful condition, but there are minor scratches that are not noticeable at all, so I have listed it as "slightly scratched."
