I stopped using it soon after purchasing it because the baby started rolling over. It's hardly been used, but it's a used item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items. I always put a towel on it when using it, and I have never washed the main pillow or the cover to prevent it from losing its shape. I plan to send it as is, but I will wash it for you if you wish. The cover is unopened and unused because I covered it with a towel when using it. I will wrap the box in bubble wrap and send it.
