This is a very good product, processed only from the best parts, straight with no twists or bends, and delicious. I've tried various types of kelp, and this one has the best balance of price and taste. Highly recommended. It's great for making broth, and it's also delicious when thinly sliced and eaten as is, or when made into tsukudani (simmered kelp). When making hot pot, simply add water and kelp to the pot and heat it up to make a very delicious broth that brings out the flavor of the ingredients. This product is portioned from a 1-kilogram bag. We will portion it while wearing vinyl gloves and give it to you in a zip-lock bag.
