This is a trombone mouthpiece (large shank) from Airlich (now EPM), a Japanese workshop. It's a valuable piece, as it's an older model that is no longer in production by Airlich. The rim is a 4G size, which is large, but the cup is shallow (GS), making it easier to handle than a standard 4G mouthpiece.
