The white ones are unused. I might have worn only one of the navy ones. I bought them as a set of two, and I was mainly using the other pair, but since they were stored in the same place for a while, one of them looks slightly used. I'm not sure about the size, but I think it's around 16-18cm. If you don't mind the details, how about them for graduation or entrance ceremonies at a low price?
