Purchased about 10 years ago. Used twice and then stored in a dark place. There are minor scratches as shown in photos 4 and 5, but they are not very noticeable. I don't know the official name or price. I think it was around 3000 yen. The size is approximately 10cm wide, 15cm long, and 3cm thick (main part), measured by a layman.
