Although it is a new item, I have listed it as "no noticeable scratches or stains" due to its age. The size is 22cm, but I was only able to list it as 22.5cm, so that's how it appears, but the actual size is 22cm. This item was purchased by my grandmother, who was a caddy, and she never wore it. There are small, inconspicuous stains from storage. It's an old item, but there is no deterioration and it seems it can still be used.
