There is an instruction manual, but the cover has creases, and there is a page where a child cut with scissors and it has been repaired with tape. It can be assembled without any problems, so I will include it. Three stickers have not been applied: - Front license plate - "POLICE" on both sides I found the base for the cones. Photo 11.
