I purchased this from Rakuten about a month ago and have worn it a few times. The ribbon at the neck can be removed with safety pins. The belt is made of the same fabric as the dress and is removable. There are no stains or frays, but the bottom button was detached when it arrived. Please be aware of this before purchasing. I have kept the detached button and will include it in the package when I ship it.
