It seems the seat is missing the side plates for placing a shifter, etc. I'm not sure if all other parts are included. The T150 wheel has a conversion plug, so it appears to be an overseas version. I have only confirmed that it powers on and starts up when connected to a game console, but I haven't been able to test it further due to my environment. Also, as shown in image 20, the knob of the fixing screw is broken.
