It was described as almost unused, but it had many pen marks, so I had it stain-removed. There don't seem to be any noticeable stains now. The pleats seemed a little weak from the time I purchased it. There are black vertical lines that emphasize the pleats. I love the blue color variation from Doll Up Oops, and I've been asked where I bought it by strangers when I'm out and about, it's such a lovely design. I originally bought the blue one because it was so beautiful, but I haven't had many opportunities to wear this one, so I'm selling it. I only tried it on. I plan to fold it up small and ship it via Yu-Packet Post, etc. I think it will get some fold wrinkles during shipping, so I recommend washing it after it arrives.
