I used this to digitize cassette tapes I found while decluttering my parents' house (purchased on Amazon). I've finished digitizing everything, so I'm selling it. You can connect it via USB and install the included software to digitize your tapes into various audio file formats. You can also play tapes with headphones without connecting to anything, but it doesn't seem to record. I digitized (played) fewer than 20 cassette tapes with this product, so it's barely been used and is in very good condition.
