This is a Minnie Mouse costume. The size is 90. The hat has a pom-pom, giving it a Santa-like feel, but the Christmas vibe is only from that, so it can be used for Halloween or outings to Disney resorts. It's padded and thick, so it's warm, and only the inside of the sleeves are fleece. I think it can be worn warmly with just one layer over underwear. It has been used only a few times, so it's relatively clean.
