This is a now-discontinued TAKARA TOMY Tomica toy, the "Wash Your Job! Jabu Jabu Wash Car Wash." I have confirmed that it makes sounds, but the water in the tank does not circulate, and the shower function does not work. I played with it a few times and then stored it away, so it's in relatively good condition. Please note that the stickers have already been applied. There is no outer box, so it will be shipped with other packing materials. Includes instruction manual.
