This is a miniature train from the Keihan Electric Railway. The reason it's "as is" is that the lights turn on, but it doesn't move. Also, it's missing the middle car. Therefore, it's being sold as is. The exterior has no critical damage, so please use it for display, collection, parts, or modification.
