There is a slight yellowing on the back of the collar, but it's not very noticeable. There are spots on the back of the collar, the left front pocket, and the right hem. There is also a slight stain on the hem of the back. Other than that, there are no noticeable scratches or stains. I washed it once after purchasing and ironed it, so I think you can wear it as is.
