This is a Nike Tech Fleece jacket, a model issued to the US Olympic team. It was distributed to athletes in figure skating, speed skating, snowboarding, ice hockey, and other sports at the Pyeongchang Olympics. Shaun White also wore this jacket. It's a rare and valuable model, not available in Japan. It's a women's XL, but I wore it as a man. It fits perfectly on someone 170cm tall and weighing 60kg.
