The gray plate is only attached to the earring post, so it can be removed, and the earrings can be worn with just the dried flower, making them a 2-way design(^^) The images 1-3 are examples, and the size of the dried flowers, etc., will vary from the actual item you receive. For earrings and non-hole earrings, the dried flower and gray plate will be glued together, so they will not be 2-way. Please understand.
