The handle is long enough, so it's easy to handle even for those with large hands or small children who are not yet good at using their fingertips. ☆ Tips for making delicious cookies! • Using flour when using the stamp will make it easier to separate the dough and the stamp. • If you cut out the shape and stamp when the dough is well chilled, the shape and pattern will transfer beautifully. • Use only egg yolks and mix without incorporating air to prevent the dough from rising too much. • We recommend a cookie dough thickness of 5mm. • Using a silpat will prevent the shape from collapsing and result in a crispy finish.
