Soft Shot Put This isn't a hard, iron shot put. It's designed to absorb some impact because it dents when you push on it. I think it can be used both outdoors and in places like gymnasiums. (For indoor use, I think it's better to use a mat because of the impact sound) Although it weighs 5.4kg (12 pounds), which doesn't belong to any specific class, how about using it for practice?
