The color is navy. There are no scratches or stains. I've only worn it twice, for the entrance ceremony and a piano recital, so it's in beautiful condition and doesn't feel used. It's not a very expensive brand, but the sewing is well done and the fabric isn't skimped on. Even when surrounded by many others, it doesn't look shabby or inferior.
