It has a used feel and some scratches, but it hasn't been used many times. Replacement parts are still new, and it can still be used sufficiently. The virtual wall is still new. Everything in the box and the small items shown in the photos are included. I have cleaned the main unit as much as possible, but please understand that it is not perfect.
