This is a junk Holton T101 trumpet. The reason is that the 2nd piston is stuck and doesn't move. The solder connecting the mouthpiece receiver and the piston casing is likely to come off. There are many dents and peeling plating. Please consider this a junk item for maintenance. There are no accessories. Thank you.
