This is a portable CD player that can also be used as a stationary DAC. After much deliberation about which to keep, this one or the "EC Zero T" with its R2R DAC and vacuum tube, I've decided to sell this one. However, I think it's a great product with excellent price-performance ratio. Actual usage time is about 10 hours, there are no operational problems, no scratches whatsoever, and it has never been taken outdoors.
