This is a decorative horse figurine made from kibi stalks. I don't have a record of when I acquired it, but I think it's been about 30 years. There is no original box or instruction manual, but I believe it is a local toy from Tochigi Prefecture. The size is approximately 14.5 cm long, 4.5 cm wide, and 13 cm high.
