It's Keiichiro Asaka. It was a merchandise item from the movie "en film." I found it while tidying up, so I'm selling it to organize my merchandise. It was a blind box, so I opened it to confirm the character, but it's unused and still in its unopened bag. It's an old item, so there may be some age-related deterioration.
