This is the 2000 version of the Power Time series, "Shooter Shooter."
In addition to the "watch & case" function, this one has a rocket launching function, but the rocket projectiles are missing.
Originally, it came with three rockets, and a case for storing them could be attached to the strap.
You could also use the rockets as "messengers" by attaching notes to them.
