Daiwa's DYFC PE Cut Multiplier. Used a few times indoors, and there is no rust as it hasn't been exposed to water like seawater. The tip is for crushing split shot and removing hooks, and the base is a multi-plier that can cut nylon and PE lines. I also tested it on 2-gauge PE line I had at home, and it cut without any problems. Please understand that this is a used item.
