This is a dress that combines a thin knit bodice with a tulle skirt. I think it can be used for casual graduation ceremonies, such as those where smocks are worn. It has a back zipper, making it easy to put on and take off. It's a slim fit, so I also wore it for the entrance ceremony (100cm).
