This is a tri-fold wallet from Porter (Yoshida & Co.). The color is black. I purchased it new, but there is some fraying of the fabric due to use, and there are tears in the coin and bill storage areas (see photos 3, 4, and 5). Regarding use, the bill section is unaffected, but coins could sometimes fall out depending on how it's used due to the tear in the coin section. This is a "junk" item, so I'm offering it at a relatively low price. I hope you understand this before purchasing. Thank you.
